I’ve had a lot of people talk to me about starting something – Tableau, a blog, a new business, flying – since I’ve started this blog. Now, I’m no one special: I just play, write about playing, and occasionally play well with others.

Here’s the rub, kids: too often we say we can’t. We can’t start that project; we can’t do x until y happens, and yada yada. I’ll let you in on a secret. Nothing, not even the laws of gravity, will stop you.

You see, it’s not a race to the finish. There is no race. There’s no run-keeper on life, no pedometer for the steps you didn’t take, just you and the open road.

So, sprint. Walk. Move. Crawl. Start where you are. But, only you can decide if and where you want to go.

Happy running.
